APRIL CLUB NIGHT.

`What a stormer`, 43 in attendance, with some right good lookers amongst them to boot,(well,Di was there, and….. Di was there!!!).

The numbers say it all for me, the evening was a great success, with so many new faces and a lot more familiar ones, the whole contribution led to a `cool happening`.

It was great to see so much support from existing members throughout the entire night, by ensuring that no one remained without company, and that every effort was made to make individuals as welcome as possible, `thank you all`.(`oh…and you Budge`!)

Thanks must go to Mark Harris of Rubicon Solutions Uk, his generosity by the way of donating 2 places free of charge on his forth coming first aid courses was a fantastic gesture, and I’m sure was well received by the first receipitent, Steve Bassey, who made the successful bid during the open floor auction for the first of the placements. (A very worth while purchase Steve)

An extended warm welcome to the following guests, prospective new members, and any other title that I have failed to identify with…!!

Brian/Sally Charlton Everyone within the club and beyond, wish you both health (especially you Bri!!) and happiness in your new home as of the 15th April 2005. I’m sure that when the dust settles, and the boxes are eventually unpacked, you can both find the `free time` to `run in` your bright and sparkly new toys, just like me!!

Pete Craddock           I’ve never ridden with a `Goldie` before, awesome` all those toys! How do you find the time to get out of the car park?, albeit you get an awful lot of bunnies just staring at yer headlights at night! (Keep it up Pete, your, great company)

Andy Woodward         Has recently taken over the task of Observer Secretary from Brian/Sally Charlton, whilst we are all sure Andy will do a fine job, thanks must go to the Charlton’s for all their previous hard work and dedication, which has resulted in providing Andy with a very comprehensive and sorted system on which to build.

Brian Charlton           In the news yet again, sorry Bri` I just have to let the cat out of the bag, `yep`, good old Brian in a desperate effort not to be out done, has acquired the most `in yer face` monster motorcycle of all time.Yes, he has just taken delivery of a `box fresh`, zero miles, KTM 950 Adventure in the loudest of colours KTM could find no doubt. Bad ass Blue `n` tango burst orange, now that’s what I call `in yer face`, and with the rider requiring an inside leg measurement of 38 inches! I doubt very much that it will end up on my wish list, still it’s one hell of  a thing to look at, but then so is Brian really!!. Awesome.

Steve Mason              `HALF A CENTURY`!!!  50 years Steve has been around and he still buys Suzuki`s!, a belated happy birthday Steve, from all of us at SAM.

Tim Rodway               Has only ridden with me once,! After that he decided the only way to keep in touch was to purchase an immaculate FAZER 1000 resplendent in Silver, and very nice it is too, we all look forward to many more club ride outs with both Tim and the thou, even if we continue to wait for him at every Little Chef `ho ho ho`….!.

Martin/Angie Le Fevre         All of us at SAM extend our heart felt condolences at the recent loss of Martins father.

As we understand it, his quality of life was some what limited, and the time `was right` as quoted by his father, celebrate his existence Martin/Angie,and look forward to the rest of your lives together carrying with you memories that cannot be erased, and taking comfort in his eternal peace.
