Now for those of you that peered out of the window this morning whilst listening to the splatter of heavy rain upon the ground, and dispelled any thought of joining the ride out read on.(did you really go back to bed Budge!)

Yep, we, those of us listed above had the most scenically enthralling ride out you could possibly wish for, completely dry throughout the day,!hows that for good luck eh….!,I knew my lucky g-string wouldn’t let me down.

The gang arrived in Chepstow just after 10.30am at our pre determined meet, this was chosen as the gate way to part of Wales that was to be our play ground for the day, but not before a quick `café breakfast` for £3.50 down at the local Tesco`s. (caused a stir I can tell you!!,especially when Will asked for beans and tomato’s).

Fully `tanked up`we all set off following the master (good start!) on a intriguing route that took us through Usk and beyond, till we stopped mid way through a range of the Brecon Beacons at a view point just above Brecon reservoir where if the `café breakfast didn’t do the job, you could get a freshly cooked fillet steak bap complete with mushrooms and onions that was guaranteed to get you home. (The sight and smell was something else!)

With the views positively breathless and almost endless, we rode on into Brecon before swinging east and making a beeline towards the bus stop at Aber, which was to be our last chance for a cup of hot chocolate and a couple of fingers of man sized kit Kat, of which both Will and Brian gracefully declined my offer of a finger! And they call themselves `Bikers`!

In the bat of an eyelid our playtime was over and we were soon making our way homeward bound with an eagerness to return to our loved ones! `Honest Heather`! (Well some of were eh…. Will !)

As usual my thanks to….

Dave                for never failing to deliver when it comes to ride out satisfaction.

Brian                entertainment no matter he’s doing.(WITH OR WITHOUT A Kit Kat)

Terry                providing a RT hat trick, and to supporting a BMW day.

Alan/Sally             participation and a good sense of humour. (Will look forward to the next)

Lloyd               filling my mirrors most of the time through the bends with his R1.

Roy                  participating in a SAM ride out prior to emigration to Brixham permanently, sob sob, best of luck Roy/Jane.

`Fast Sal`         so much dynamite in a relatively small package, gives a ride out oomph.

Will                  for just turning up as I feel honored that you attend, and also the way that you make me look like a `riding God next to your self. (P.s only joking!!)
